リーダー育成プログラム　Leadership Training Program

このプログラムは、実践的に課題解決を志向する人向けのものである。具体的には、企業や諸組織の多様なマネジメント活動について、実践的な視点から、課題解決を志向するリーダーを養成するプログラムである。よって、経営学を中心とした社会科学の知見に基づいて、現実の課題に対して察知・理解・説明・解決する力を養う。修了後は、所属組織へ研究成果を還元し、貢献できることを想定している。

This program is for students intending problem solution practically. Concretely,it is the program to train a leader who would like to solve problems from a practical viewpoint in various management activities of companies and organizations.So, based on the knowledge of social science mainly on the business administration, we support to student’s ability to appreciate・grasp・demonstrate・solve the real problem in management activities.

会計・財務専門職育成プログラム　Accounting and Finance Specialist Training Program

会計専門職や企業等における財務管理や会計システムの設計や運用に関する責任ある職位を志向する者又はその地位にある者を教育するためのプログラムである。したがって，現代の会計事象を多面的に究明し操作能力の保持に取り組むことを志向する学生を対象とし，教育内容は財務会計や管理会計等の会計専門職やCFO等に必須の能力を涵養するためのものである。

In this program, we educate persons who are aiming for a responsible position in the design and operation of financial management and accounting systems in accountants’ offices and private companies, or those who are in that position. Therefore, the program is designed for the students who intend to investigate contemporary accounting matters from several points of view and to maintain operation ability. Our educational contents will enhance essential abilities in financial accounting and management accounting and others for accounting profession and CFO, etc.
