法政理論講座　Legal and Political Theory

法律の策定，法的紛争の解決及び法政策に関する憲法・民事法・刑事法・税法等の実定法学，基礎法学，政治学を深く学修し，大学院博士後期課程を経て，将来研究者として学術的課題にチャレンジできる人材や，税務に精通し，租税法上の課題にも取り組むことのできる税理士を育成する。本プログラムにおいては，学生自身の知的問題意識に応じて，その専門領域を中心に高度な専門教育と個別指導を行い，研究能力を獲得させる。

This program has two purposes. One is to foster learned PhD research scholars in the fields of political science, jurisprudence and positive law including constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, tax law and so on. The other is to train future competent tax attoneys versed in both tax law research and practice. In order to carry out these purposes, we offer highly specialised lectures, seminars and tutorials (mostly in Japanese) and require students to take them according to their intellectual interests so as to acquire academic methodologies.
