本教育・研究分野では，企業経営，企業行動および企業会計，企業法制といった諸領域に密接な関わりを持ち，社会に対して強い影響力を持つ企業組織の活動について，多角的に分析できる能力を培います。具体的には，組織が目標を達成する上で求められる経営上の管理や戦略のあり方，企業活動を財務的，統計的手法によって測定する方法を教育・研究すると共に，企業取引法，企業紛争処理法などの法制的考察を可能にする能力を培います。

The field of education and research has a close involvement with the various areas of corporate management and corporate behavior, as well as corporate accounting and legal administration, in order to cultivates the abilities to carry out multifaceted analysis of the corporate activities that have a strong influence on society. Specifically, studies into the legal administration aspects of business such as the business transaction law and company dispute resolution law, are carried out, in addition to pursuing education and research into the forms of business management administration and strategies that are required for an organization to attain its goals, and the financial and statistical methods of monitoring corporate activity.
