GCED論　GCED

本教育・研究分野では、GCED（グローバル・シティズンシップ教育）について、その目標、内容、方法を追究し、学校教育はもちろんのこと、地域社会や国際社会におけるGCEDの普及・発展に寄与することを目指します。具体的には、自国または自文化中心的な見方や考え方を克服し、より平和的で安全で持続可能な世界を構築するために必要な知識、スキル、価値、態度を身に付けた市民を育成する教育の理論的枠組みを探求します。

In this field of education and research, we pursue the goals, contents, and methods of GCED (Global Citizenship Education), and aim to contribute to the spreading and development of GCED not only in school education, but also in local and international communities. Specifically, we will explore the theoretical framework of education to develop citizens with the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes necessary to overcome home- or self-culture-centered views and attitudes and to build a more peaceful, secure, and sustainable world.
